THE WESSEX HOTEL:

This is the hotel that Elaine Kalisher, our
film's heroine, has been given the assignment of writing
an article for, for the magazine she writers for,
"Traveler's Review". It is extremely large, but very
charming. It definitely gives life to the old cliché
"Looks can be deceiving".

This is where Elaine and Mrs. Beecher
discuss the power of crystals and first make plans on
going to the convention together.

If Elaine hadn't have decided to take
the walk to Convention Hall, she wouldn't have spotted
the silver clad boots that she had first spotted on the

If Elaine hadn't have decided to stop at the
Wessex Gift Shop, looking for a tea kettle to replace the
one that Wendy had broken, she wouldn't have seen the

thus wouldn't have been able to seek out thier "owner".

ALLEYWAY BY GIFT SHOP:

This is where Elaine learns that the silver
clad boots "owner"'s name is Peddler. This is where she
also learns where to find this mystery man... The alley is
full of derelicts, those living on the streets. It is full
of trash and graffitied up. Elaine is brave to even have
ventured into this alley.

PEDDLER'S UNDERPASS:
Predominence:
This is where Elaine meets Peddler for the
very first time. Elaine is even more brave for venturing to
this dank and dreary location, seemingly in the middle of
nowhere, but Peddler fuels a lot of Elaine's suspicions. In
the end, however, she learns he might have been telling
the truth after all...

LAPD DETECTIVE SARGEANT'S OFFICE:

This is where our poor, overworked Detective Sargeant Madden works. He usually stays cooped up in his office, slaving over paperwork, until his services are needed out in the field.

This is where Alan wound up dining with Elaine, when he found out that Mrs. Beecher had forgotten about meeting her for breakfast.
